Event Production

Production built around the experience.

Whiteside Events can support the full production lifecycle — translating a brief into a coordinated, deliverable plan and managing it through to a clean breakdown.

The process

A clear path from brief to breakdown.

Every event is different, but a disciplined structure keeps delivery predictable. These are the stages we typically move through.

  1. Discovery & brief

We start by understanding the objective, audience, constraints and success criteria for your event.

  2. Concept development

We translate the brief into a coherent creative and operational concept, with clear options.

  3. Planning & scheduling

Detailed production schedules, run sheets and responsibilities mapped across every workstream.

  4. Venue & site coordination

Site assessment, layout planning and coordination with venues, landowners and stakeholders.

  5. Technical production

Lighting, power, staging and equipment specified and coordinated around the experience.

  6. Artist & supplier liaison

A single point of coordination between artists, suppliers, venues and production teams.

  7. On-site management

Hands-on management through build, show and changeover, keeping delivery on schedule.

  8. Delivery & breakdown

Seamless show delivery followed by an organised, careful de-rig and breakdown.

A note on scope

We plan and coordinate production with care and a risk-conscious approach. Where an event calls for regulated services, formal certifications or specialist sign-off, we work with appropriately qualified providers and confirm responsibilities during planning. We do not claim regulated services or accreditations we do not hold; the scope for each project is agreed in writing.

Bring us in early, or step in mid-plan.

Whether you need end-to-end production or focused support on specific elements, we can help.
